ORDER PROCESSING 

How does it work? Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Shipping may take up to 5 business days. While Crown Supply, LLC makes every effort to ship all orders within one week, processing delays outside of our control may occur. After your order is shipped, you will receive your new favorite apparel item within 3-5 business days. 

Note: Orders with different billing and shipping may take longer in order to follow our verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

SHIPPING + HANDLING 

Crown Supply, LLC online purchases are shipped via USPS from San Antonio, TX. We can ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Crown Supply, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. While we will make effort to ensure our customers have the best online shopping experience, should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. 

We offer 2 shipping methods:

  • Ground (delivered 3-5 business days after shipment)
  • Overnight (delivered next business day after shipment)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 8-20 business days.

PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 4-10 business days.

TRANSIT TIMES are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays by USPS or by customs. 

Please review our “Processing” section above to determine the best shipping method. The time that the order is placed will contribute the delivery time. For example, an overnight shipping order placed on a Friday before 12pm CST would not be delivered until the following Monday. An overnight shipping order placed after 12PM CST on a Friday would not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  

We stand behind the products we sell. However, your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at crownsupplyapparel@gmail.com.

Crown Supply, LLC may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘sellable’ condition within 30 days of purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Crown Supply, LLC to return the product. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please return the purchased item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

    REFUSED PACKAGES

    Any order that is not able to be delivered by USPS will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. The customer will be given a full credit for the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are NOT refunded.

    What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, and PAYPAL.
